Billed as the 'ancient science of soul travel' or 'astral travel'. Like Ching Hai, Eckankar too taps into the same North Indian tradition of 'sound and light' yoga. Both of these movements are packaged to attract westerners and do not acknowledge the true origins of their teachings and practices.
